High West is a blended bourbon that comes from a few hundred barrels of straight bourbon aged from 2 to 13 years in new, charred white American oak barrels. The aroma hits you with vanilla, brown sugar and charred oak notes, which continues on the palate with more burnt sugar and charcoal.

This complex blend of High West Straight Bourbon produces an aromatic whiskey that will help preserve the West. Full-bodied and round, with notes of vanilla and oak, this is a clean and mellow spirit that works well in cocktails and is equally enjoyable neat or on the rocks.
