A festive and very limited edition rye whiskey from High West in Utah.

Good quality whiskey has long been considered a necessity, warming on a cold winter night. A Midwinter Nights Dram starts with Rendezvous rye, a blend of two exotic straight ryes; one 16 years old, the other a decade younger. This is then further finished in port and French oak barrels, creating a marriage that is plentiful, beautifully tender and welcoming.

The nose is bountiful wrapping your senses in vanilla and soft caramel, enriched with mouthwatering plums, dried fruits and warming winter spices. The taste is rich Christmas pudding, the steam gently rising. Cinnamon and mulling spices layers with smooth crème anglaise which enfolds you in its loving embrace, bringing to mind cozy gatherings around a crackling log fire. Like Christmas evening, the finish is slow and lasting. Deliciously fruity and mellow.
