El Dorado Cask Aged 8 Year Rum
The El Dorado Cask Aged 8 Year Rum is an excellent full-bodied rum. It has a full flavor from aging for eight years in bourbon oak casks. El Dorado 8 Year Rum has a tobacco aroma and a flavor of caramel toffee. It is a smooth rum with faint hints of oak and butterscotch. It can be drunk after dinner with fatty blue cheese.
TASTING NOTE
Light to medium-bodied nose with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. Faint aroma of dried stone fruits and flambée banana. Soft and faintly sweet mouthfeel with traces of oak and butterscotch. Distinctly smooth.
