1: Delivery information

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-9 business days.
  • Ground shipments placed before 4 pm PST will be shipped within 1-9 business days.
  • Express shipments placed before 4 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed after business hours on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped within 1-9 business days from the following Monday.

2: Order Tracking

  • After your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation from us containing a tracking number link, allowing you to monitor your delivery of your order.

3: Order Fulfillment and Customer Service

Operated by a licensed ABC retailer, Vista Wine & Spirits.

4: Age Restriction & Signature Requirement

You must be 21 years and older to visit and use this site. By using this site, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. A signature of someone at least 21 years old is required upon delivery.

5: Lost shipments & Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for lost shipments, including those due to hold requests or delivery rescheduling.

6: Responsibility for Minor Damage

Spillage or leakage, minor damage, and/or cosmetic defects may occur during transit. Quality Liquor Store does not take responsibility for minor damage.

7: Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to failed delivery, up to a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

8: Customer's Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items due to failed delivery or refusal of delivery.

9: Warehouse Location

Our warehouse is located in Southern California.

10: Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship outside the U.S. and do not ship to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.

11: Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages

By placing your order, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and give consent to charge your credit card for the total amount. All items are for personal consumption, not resale.

12: Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, you will be refunded for that portion of your order.

13: Address Changes

Any address change request must be made promptly after placing your order. Fees associated with address changes will be passed to the customer. Reach out via our Contact page

14: Title to Goods

Title to goods passes to you upon receipt by the common carrier.

15: Shipping Laws

You are responsible for abiding by all state and local laws regarding the receipt of alcoholic beverages.

16: Limitation of Liability

Quality Liquor Store is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website.

17: All Sales Final

All sales are final unless cancellation is made before packaging or shipping.

18: Legality and Validity

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
