The smooth rich flavor of this Irish whiskey plays tribute to his choice of diverse barrels and the influence of their woods. Virgin oak bourbon barrels impart a charred oak subtly vanilla character atop the floral spiciness of sherry barrels, and it all comes together in a whiskey made for sipping.
