Redbreast Single Pot Still 21 year old is the finest representation of the signature Redbreast sherry style whisky and is made in the quintessential style of Irish Whiskey making using a one pot still, a practice that originates from as far back as 1792 and thought to have first come about as a way to avoid the heavy malt taxes being levied by the English.

The oldest of the Redbreast Single Pot Still offerings, 21 year old is the richest expression of this sherry style ever produced, the 21 year aging introducing deeper and unfathomable depth, flavor and taste, together with an an inherently complex, but ultimately mind blowingly rewarding whiskey.

The aroma is truly magnificent, it is abundant in fresh tropical fruits, nuts and rich dried cake fruits.
