TASTING NOTES

Nose: Pecan immediate, Cinnamon, Vanilla, hot and sweet spices

Palate: Roasted pecans, caramel, hard cinnamon spices with cherry backing it up, heavy vanilla notes, slight woodiness, and hints of praline

Finish: Very pecan forward, smooth, lingers long after changing from a hot and spicy to warm and sweet

Overall: This is not a mixed drink whisky- shots, neat, or rocks are all fantastic. Try it with a bit of hot water in the cold months for a wonderful winter drink. On the Rocks, it is intriguing and brings out the complexities for you to experience, relax and enjoy your drink.
