Old Forester 1910 is a double-barreled Kentucky bourbon inspired by a 1910 production interruption that required mature whiskey to be stored in a second barrel. The modern expression enters its heavily charred finishing barrel at 100 proof and is bottled at 93 proof. Buttercream, sticky toffee, cedar and apricot lead the nose.
